iServis is our first in-house project that was created to fill the need for an easier way to book vehicle services. Phone calls often last too long, you get cut off or you don't get through, you're not really sure what times are avaible and you have to figure out the best time suitable for you right there on the spot. We thought a centralized online booking service is the best answer!

The entire project consists of a front-end for the users, a back end for the service provider and an embeddable widget for the service providers to put on their website. The service provider back-end is a multi-functional calendar and a CRM. This provides the service provider with the means to automatically schedule text message and e-mail reminders for their customers, manage their shop services and of course keep track of their bookings and customer history.

We designed iServis from the ground up based on our designs and a clear understanding that it should be easy to use. We've now tweaked the design even further with numerous user testings and continue to develop it on a daily basis.

iServis is written in Python and is based on Django framework.
